Dumie

Employed by CAFPH to do a dual role both in Luton and Bedford. In Luton I work as a Men’s Services Coordinator and in Bedford I work as a Client Services Manager.  My overall responsibilities are to lead and coordinate projects for both men and women.

I liaise and invite trainers to come and deliver Training workshops at CAFPH.  I also lead and undertake outreach work in raising HIV awareness both in Luton and in Bedford. I recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for CAFPH, making sure that they are well informed at all times. I also prepare monitoring reports which are then fed back to our funders.

What  keeps me in this job is that I have a strong awareness of client needs, the ability to build rapport  and also maintain good relationships with our Clients.
